Dimorphostachys
  Gk dis, twice; morphe, appearance; stachys, spike as of an ear of wheat. Torsion of its pedicel results in the fertile lemma of the upper spikelet facing the rhachis whereas that of the lower spikelet is turned away from the rhachis
